Iowa Community Transformation Grant Advisory Committee Meeting

As part of Iowa’s Community Transformation Grant, an advisory committee of partners and stakeholders convene quarterly to discuss the activities and direction of the grant.

The goal of the Iowa Community Transformation Grant is to make the state aware of clinical prevention screenings and healthy lifestyle behaviors through consistent messaging in public health, primary health care, business, and community settings; and to create community changes to improve access to healthy options in 26 counties in Iowa.
