Data from the Iowa Household Health Survey indicate that Iowa has fewer uninsured children than the national rate. However, the majority of those who are uninsured live in household s under 200% of the federal poverty level, and may be eligible for public health insurance programs, such as Medicaid and hawk-i. This webinar presents results of the 2010 Iowa Household Health Survey related to health insurance among children, and the efforts in Iowa to increase access to health insurance.
