Access To Recovery - Iowa

What is Access To Recovery?

Access to Recovery (ATR) is a three year grant funded by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), Center for Substance Abuse Treatment. ATR is a presidential initiative which provides vouchers to clients for the purchase of recovery support services. The goals of the program are to reduce barriers to recovery, support client choice and increase the array of faith-based and community based providers. ATR - Iowa focuses on serving individuals in recovery from substance abuse.
